This was a chocolate mousse that I made for my sister's birthday. Making the chocolate cups was quite a fiasco! I used small water balloons that I blew up. Well, when they touched the warm (not hot) chocolate, about half of them exploded sending liquid chocolate all over my kitchen! They turned out really cute, but I will look for another mold next time!
